Is it worth getting carpets cleaned professionally?

It works out cheaper for the customer to have a carpet professionally cleaned, as we use the highest quality machinery and chemicals for cleaning – These vary depending on the type of carpet. All of our work is insured, resulting in peace of mind.
How often should carpet be cleaned?
On average people get their carpets cleaned once/twice a year, this is mainly for maintenance reasons – This will drastically extend the life of your carpet, as any contaminants and dust will be removed, leaving the carpets fresh and clean.
Is professional carpet cleaning better than doing it yourself?
Yes. It is definitely worth paying for professional carpet cleaning due to the knowledge and understanding of the cleaning process and how to remove stains.

How do you clean heavily soiled carpet?
Heavy soiled areas aren’t a problem as we have specific products we can use for any requirement, whether its domestic or commercial. Our water extraction system aids in flushing out the most stubborn dirt, combine this with our stain removal products, and it makes light-work of even the most heavily soiled carpets.
Do you steam clean carpets?
Steam is not advised for carpet cleaning as it damages the carpet. Do not steam clean your carpets because the damage can be irreversable, always use a professional so you know that the job is being completed correctly and safely.
How do you clean a carpet?
We firstly qualify the job by looking at any stains and any other concerns raised by the customer. We’ll treat the stains first then pre-spray the heavier soiled areas with a de-greaser and then clean from there, with a pet-safe cleaning powder mixed in water.
How do you take payment?
Payment can be taken via cash or BACS transfer upon completion of the job.
